Construction is progressing well.
Block 1 and 2 are finished up to the fourth level. Foundations are finished for Block 3, with the ground floor slab under construction.
Deliveries are expected to be completed by December 31, 2028—right on schedule.

Algarve Tourism on course for another record-breaking year
Before I sign off, I just wanted to share a quick update on Lagos tourism that highlights the incredible rental potential of your condos.
If you saw my last update, you will have seen that 2025 was a record year for tourism in the region. Faro International Airport crossed 10 million passengers for the first time in its 60-year history. Numbers were up 6% on 2024.
That momentum has carried over into this year. Passenger numbers through Faro Airport in the first half of 2026 are up nearly 4% on the same period last year.
