About Viviana Diaz...
Viviana is originally from Mexico City. She grew up and lived there until 2012, when she moved to Playa del Carmen.
She had been to Playa del Carmen on vacation to visit an old friend and was completely charmed by the amazing beaches, the laidback vibe, bustling 5th Avenue, and the sparkling Caribbean.
She vowed to return and six months later, she did.
Viviana found a job working in real estate in Playa del Carmen.
For a number of years, she worked in various different companies involved in real estate in and around Playa. Then in 2021 she accepted an offer to come and work at Smart Money Homes.
Smart Money Homes is a company founded to realize the team’s long-held desire to work only with the best developers, promote only the very best real estate, and focus on serving a client base that appreciated the boutique, tailored approach to real estate.
