About Viviana Diaz...
Viviana was born in Mexico City, where she earned a degree in International Affairs and began her professional career. In 2013, she came to Playa del Carmen on what was meant to be a one-month vacation. She immediately fell in love—with the ocean, the energy, and the vibrant lifestyle. She knew she had found her place.
After a short return to Mexico City, Viviana made the move back to Playa del Carmen to start a new chapter. Her first step into real estate came in 2015 as a Sales Director Assistant, a role that gave her invaluable insights into operations, teamwork, and working with international clients.
Viviana never saw herself as a typical salesperson. High-pressure tactics and cookie-cutter deals never appealed to her. What does matter is service—guiding people, supporting them, and building trust. Over the years Viviana rose through management roles—Sales Coordinator, then Operations Manager—where she honed her skills in leadership, strategy, and creating long-term value.
Viviana found a job working in real estate in Playa del Carmen.
In 2021, her talent was spotted and she was invited to join Smart Money Homes. Viviana quickly realized SMH was unique—a group of professionals dedicated to honesty, transparency, and putting clients first.
For Viviana, it was the perfect fit, a role advising clients directly and helping them find the property that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. She also found a platform where her love of teamwork and leadership could thrive.
Today, as manager of Smart Money Homes, Viviana blends her background in operations with her hands-on experience guiding clients. She is passionate about building a collaborative, supportive environment for her team—and about ensuring every client receives clear, tailored advice.
