The construction team has been making excellent progress.
The structural and masonry work is almost finished. As you can see in the image below, the concrete slabs, block walls, and infill that make up the building’s core are almost done—a significant milestone.

Construction is progressing well at Porto de Mos Residences (shown here in the center). The first deliveries are expected to begin, on schedule schedule in December 2026.
Next up, the team will move on to the facade finishes, bringing the exterior of the building to life. This is the stage I love to see. I will send you photos as soon as I have them, and of course, I’ll keep you updated as we move toward completion.
