Good news from Ocean Club Residences. The fifth-floor structure is complete, and work is now underway on the next level. Steel column framing is currently in progress. Once the concrete is poured on these columns, work will begin on the next floor slab.
The first deliveries are expected in 2028.

Things are moving quickly in the country.
Panama City now hosts more than 80 banks, including Citibank and JPMorgan Chase. Nearly 200 multinational corporations have moved corporate management functions to Panama.
The economy has averaged 5.7% annual GDP growth from 2010 to 2025. And GDP grew 4.8% in the first quarter of this year, well ahead of the IMF’s 3.8% forecast.
Metro Line 3 is 87% complete on the tunnel section beneath the Panama Canal and remains on track to open in 2028.
Panama also welcomed nearly 1.1 million international visitors in the first four months of this year, up 19.1% on the same period in 2025.
You got in early on what is set to be the most exclusive address in the region. As Panama City continues to grow as a global hub, that position only becomes stronger.
