Why Oasis?

We have access to both two-bed garden homes and second floor homes with private roof terraces at Oasis. (Renders shouldn’t be considered final, but give us a great idea what to expect.)
Oasis represents the perfect entry point into Playa Caracol at an unbeatable price.
The development’s low-rise, low-density design creates an intimate community feel that’s increasingly rare in luxury beach destinations. With only a limited number of homes, you’ll enjoy privacy and exclusivity without the crowded atmosphere of larger resort developments. The verdant landscaping and generous pool area provide resort-style amenities while maintaining the relaxed, residential character that makes Playa Caracol special.
What sets Oasis apart is its strategic position within the broader Caracol master plan. You’re close enough to walk to all the community’s premium amenities—the Radisson Riviera, beach club, and upcoming Margaritaville—yet tucked away in a quieter residential setting. This gives you the best of both worlds: access to world-class facilities when you want them, and peaceful retreat when you don’t.
The timing couldn’t be better. With major international brands now establishing themselves at Caracol and the new marketing campaign about to launch globally, property values are poised for significant appreciation. We’re still in the pre-discovery phase, allowing you the rare opportunity to buy into a fully realized luxury beach community before the rest of the world catches on.
The combination of proximity to the capital, international airport access, and true beachfront location creates an ideal property in one of the region’s most desirable markets.
