Before I sign off, I just wanted to share a quick update on Lagos tourism that highlights the incredible rental potential of your condos.
If you saw my last update, you will have seen that 2025 was a record year for tourism in the region. Faro International Airport crossed 10 million passengers for the first time in its 60-year history. Numbers were up 6% on 2024.
That momentum has carried over into this year. Passenger numbers through Faro Airport in the first half of 2026 are up nearly 4% on the same period last year.
