The buying process for international real estate with Smart Money Homes is straightforward.
First, potential buyers submit an inquiry form online for a specific real estate deal with their contact information. You are then contacted by a Smart Money Homes dedicated advisor.
If you decide to proceed, you submit a refundable deposit. The 15-day due diligence period starts at that point.
Your dedicated advisor provides you with all the materials you need to make an informed decision about your purchase and act as your liaison with the developer. Your dedicated advisor is also available to answer any questions you might have throughout the buying process.
Your dedicated advisor can introduce you to a real estate attorney in the country where you’re buying who can then provide due diligence services and answer questions about the buying process.
Once you are happy with the final version of your contract at the end of your due diligence period your contract will be sent to you, usually via email, to be signed electronically.
This is a very convenient way of signing a contract digitally and is legally recognized in many countries.
Sometimes, Smart Money Homes does work with call centers in the United States to handle large volumes of inquiries at the time of launch for a real estate deal. But it is the Smart Money Homes team who will walk you through the reservation and buying process.
