“It is my pleasure to inform you that work on Paravian is well underway. Currently the excavation of the site, as well as backfilling and compaction, is ongoing.”
“We have also made progress in the pouring of footings for the building and the retaining wall. Work on the foundation and basement (where the parking garage will be) continues as well. The water cistern is nearly finished.
Based on our progress so far, we are on schedule for the planned delivery in Fall 2024.”

Trujillo’s Cantina, known for its Mexican cuisine, is a must-visit, as is the French-inspired Labrioche famous for their spectacular breakfasts served with fresh-brewed coffee.

Playa del Carmen consistently ranks as one of the world’s top vacation destinations. The stunning white-sand beaches, and clear Caribbean waters make it a favorite with beachgoers, while foodies come for the excellent food and drink. Everyone appreciates the year-round good weather.
For North American’s, Playa Del Carmen is also an extremely convenient place to visit. No wonder Cancun international airport saw more than 30 million arrivals in 2022 (a record high) – and 2023 is set to be even busier.
Playa del Carmen is now more accessible than ever. At the time of writing there are 123 direct flights from 27 countries, including various U.S. cities.

The Tren Maya (Mayan Train) is designed to help tourists get up and down not just the 81-mile Riviera Maya but also all around the Yucatán Peninsula and beyond, with more than 900 miles of track to be built in five Mexican states. It is planned to connect major towns, as well as attractions like Mayan ruins.
It will stop in Playa del Carmen, of course. The Mexican president has announced that the train will start running by the end of 2023.
This development will not only enhance access to Playa but also facilitate exploration of nearby gems like the coastal Mayan ruins in Tulum and the serene Lake Bacalar.
