Why Crystal Garden?

Although not to be considered final, these renders give us a great idea of what to expect at the ultra luxurious Crystal Garden.
Cap Cana spans over 30,000 acres—let that sink in. That’s bigger than many Caribbean islands, nearly 50 square miles, and over twice the size of Manhattan. (Thousands of acres have been set aside as protected reserve.)
Cap Cana is a vast, semi-autonomous luxury city-state—a place where you can live the Caribbean lifestyle year-round without ever leaving.
This exceptional development sits at the heart of the Caribbean’s most dynamic tourism economy. The Dominican Republic is consistently ranked among the fastest-growing economies in Latin America and the Caribbean, with this economic success underpinning years of effort to become the leader in luxury, high-end Caribbean tourism.
The Dominican Republic is now the most popular Caribbean destination. Like a winning sprinter, it stormed out of the post-pandemic traps to dominate tourism and draw more affluent visitors to its shores. This small Caribbean country is a tourism juggernaut, attracting over 11 million tourists annually—more people than the entire population of the country.
Since the early 2000s, the country has maintained annual GDP growth rates that often surpass 5% to 7%. Over the past 50 years, the average GDP growth rate has been 4.9% as the country has steadily narrowed the gap with the U.S.
These luxury condos are in a killer location in one of the Caribbean’s most premium addresses and just a stroll to one of the world’s most stunning beaches, Juanillo beach.
The Amenities

The pool on the ground level as planned by the developer.
Amenities at Crystal Garden will be outstanding and appeal to renters as much as owners. We’ll have an ocean-view infinity pool on the rooftop, plus a bar, restaurant, and gym with sea views. There will be a social area with the same stunning vistas, barbecue and kids’ areas, a beautiful ground-level pool, and a spa I’m particularly excited about.
The condos will all feature verdant green views of the Las Iguanas golf course from spacious terraces designed for privacy and peace. The focus is on natural materials, clean architectural lines, and harmonious integration with nature.
The broader Cap Cana community offers world-class facilities that complement these building-specific amenities:
- The largest inland marina in the Caribbean, capable of hosting mega-yachts up to 150 feet
- The Caribbean’s largest water park and an amphitheater inaugurated by Elton John, already hosting international events
- Two world-class golf courses—the first has been open for years and is consistently ranked as the best in the Caribbean; the second is coming soon (with views from our building!)
- Cap Cana’s equestrian center, Los Establos, one of the most comprehensive in the Caribbean, featuring stables, training areas, polo fields, and riding trails
Getting There

Millions of people are landing in the Dominican Republic every year looking for a luxury experience.
Punta Cana Airport is now the largest and most connected airport in the Caribbean, serving 72 cities in 26 countries. In 2023, it saw over 8 million passengers, with numbers expected to be even higher for 2024. It’s experienced 32% growth in passenger numbers since 2019, according to travel-data company ForwardKeys.
Three airports serve Cap Cana: Punta Cana (just 10 minutes away), La Romana (40 minutes, also serving Casa de Campo), and Santo Domingo (the capital, connected via the Coral Highway). Punta Cana also features one of the busiest and best-served private jet terminals in the Caribbean.
Things to Do

Juanillo beach. You can walk for miles along the sand, paddleboard, snorkel, kayak, or simply relax at the beach club.
The Dominican Republic offers extraordinary diversity: hike temperate mountains, take surf lessons or helicopter rides, enjoy therapeutic spa days, boat to uninhabited islands, or go deep-sea fishing. Indulge in French-Caribbean cuisine, tour cigar factories, enjoy rum or wine tastings, try white-water rafting, discover secret beaches, go whale watching, take horseback rides, or watch polo matches.
The country is a leading golf destination with over 30 courses, many designed by legendary architects like Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus. (Cap Cana’s existing Nicklaus course regularly tops Caribbean and Mexico rankings, with a second one opening soon.)
Cap Cana itself offers exceptional entertainment. El Dorado, the Caribbean’s largest water park, includes an amphitheater inaugurated by Elton John. Scape Park provides adventure with cave exploration, ziplining, off-road buggies, a replica Taino village, and “blue hole” diving.
Crystal Gardens will be steps away from some of the Caribbean’s finest dining, plus hiking, lakes, biking, basketball, snorkeling, diving, padel, and world-class sport fishing from our state-of-the-art marina.
Beyond Cap Cana, explore the colonial zone of Santo Domingo with its historic streets—the site of the first university, cathedral, and castle in the Americas. A little-known fact: 25% of the country is national parks and protected areas perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cave exploration, and swimming in freshwater lagoons.
As one of the region’s most geographically diverse nations, the Dominican Republic is home to Pico Duarte (the Caribbean’s tallest mountain peak) and Lake Enriquillo (its largest lake).
