Cap Cana Continues to Progress
Cap Cana is already one of the most luxurious destinations in the Caribbean. It has the largest inland marina in the region, the stunning Punta Espada golf course, the equestrian center with stables, training areas, polo fields and riding trails…
And this is only Phase One of the masterplan. More is on the way.
As I mentioned in your Q2 update, the iconic Italian luxury brand Tonino Lamborghini has chosen Cap Cana as the location for its first-ever hotel.
The second Jack Nicklaus course, Las Iguanas Golf Course, is underway. The first nine holes are playable, and the full course is expected to be open in Spring 2027. Nicklaus was in Cap Cana himself this August to check on the progress.
It will join Punta Espada, which Golf Week ranked the No. 1 course in the Caribbean and Mexico. Golf Digest placed it 35th in the world. The fairways here are lined with villas that list for millions and even tens of millions of dollars.

Jack Nicklaus was in Cap Cana with his design team to follow up on the progress of Las Iguanas Golf Course, his second course in Cap Cana. You’ll be able to see Las Iguanas from Crystal Garden.
FIFA is building a development hub for soccer across the entire CONCACAF region (North and Central America plus the Caribbean) inside Cap Cana.
A business district and a commercial zone are coming. A major hospital is being discussed.
And just a short walk from your door, Juanillo Village—a $500 million development of boutiques, galleries and restaurants—is in the pipeline.
When it’s finished it will turn this stretch of sand into the social and commercial heart of Cap Cana.
Your Luxury Base in the Caribbean
At Crystal Garden, you own right in a truly privileged location within Cap Cana, a seven-minute walk from Playa Juanillo, where the soft, white sand and the spectacular turquoise water are fringed by palm trees. It has been voted one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. You get to swim here every day.
Fronting the beach is Juanillo Beach Club. From here you can grab a coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the afternoon.

Playa Juanillo is steps from Azul Garden, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.
Back at Crystal Garden, your rooftop amenities will be the envy of your friends. You’ll have an ocean-view infinity pool, a beautiful bar and restaurant with panoramic sea views, and a fully equipped gym.
Down on the ground level there’s a gorgeous lagoon pool, a yoga room, and a full-service spa.
All this combined to make Crystal Garden one of our most highly anticipated recent RETA deals.
It was our first-ever deal in Cap Cana and the RETA-only prices show just how exceptional it was.
In February 2026 the developer shared updated prices. A two-bed condo available to RETA members for $382,400 was listed at $475,000. An uplift of $92,600.
Another condo available to RETA members for $406,400 was listed at $490,000. That’s $83,600 more.
Congratulations on getting in, you have secured an incredible deal.

The premium amenities at Crystal Garden are going to be amazing. On the rooftop will be a stunning infinity pool, restaurant, and bar. Elsewhere, the community will contain a barbecue and kids areas, a yoga room, a spa and an expansive ground-level pool. (Developer renders should not be considered final but give a great idea).
Record Tourism Numbers
The Dominican Republic just recorded its biggest six months ever for visitors—6.6 million between January and June, with Tourism Minister David Collado now projecting 12 million by year-end.
And the routes keep opening up.
This year alone, Punta Cana has added new U.S. routes to Nashville, Pittsburgh and Raleigh-Durham. Montréal joins in December.
The airport now serves 41 airlines from 95 destinations, with nonstop flights from as far as Frankfurt, Germany. And the airport is just 12 minutes from the gates of Cap Cana.
And the same report that gave us the record tourism numbers mentioned something else that might be even more important—92% of visitors say they plan to return.
This is huge.
People who have stayed at the Sanctuary or the Hyatt, and fallen in love with Cap Cana, will want to come back to something better than a hotel room.
They’ll want more space, a kitchen, resort-level amenities, and better value.
That’s exactly what your Crystal Garden condo will offer. Your guests will get the same beach, the same water, the same address—for a fraction of the resort prices.
Which is why Crystal Garden looks set to be a huge hit on the rental market.
Ronan figures on a 50% annual occupancy for a gross yield of nearly 12% once you’ve built up occupancy and reviews. He expects $3,000 a month renting long term, for a gross yield of over 9%.
Congratulations again on locking in this incredible deal.
