Construction is in the final stages, with the first deliveries set for May 2026—right on schedule.
And delivery of your condo is set to occur at an incredible time, with the Algarve breaking tourism records and Lagos entering a new era as it joins Europe’s elite coastal destinations.

Construction is progressing well at The Leaf. The first deliveries are expected to begin on schedule in May 2026.
Let’s begin with the latest from The Leaf.
The exterior finishes are complete, and the team is now focused on the interior finishes. Each week from here the building will look more like the finished product.

Your community sits right in the heart of Porto de Mos, the most coveted residential neighborhood in Lagos and one of the most prestigious addresses in the Algarve.
Walk the streets of Porto de Mos and you’ll pass villas that list for €2 million, €3 million, €4 million, and more.
This pricing reflects the very limited space for new development within Porto de Mos.
Your community sits on one of the last premium plots in the neighborhood. And most of the land surrounding Porto de Mos is protected, meaning there’s simply nowhere for the neighborhood to grow. This is an incredible advantage as Lagos joins Europe’s elite coastal towns.

The stunning Porto de Mos beach will be just seven minutes from your condo.
Your condo is in a prime location in Lagos. You’ll be just a seven-minute walk from Porto de Mos beach with its wide, golden sands framed by iconic sandstone cliffs. The locals here say that it’s the best beach in Lagos.
Lagos’ old town with its cobbled lanes, whitewashed buildings, al fresco cafés, and glistening marina is just a five-minute drive or a pleasant 25-minute stroll.
Seville and Lisbon are both under three hours by car.
And Faro International Airport—less than an hour’s drive away—puts the whole of Europe on your doorstep, with direct flights to London, Dublin, Berlin, Paris, Zurich, and beyond.

Lagos old town — cobbled lanes, whitewashed buildings, al fresco cafés, glistening marina — is five minutes away. Porto de Mos beach, with its golden sands and iconic sandstone cliffs, is a seven-minute walk. Seville and Lisbon both within three hours.
Tourism is breaking records
As I say, tourism in Algarve continues to go from strength to strength.
The Algarve closed 2025 with its highest-ever tourism revenue, generating roughly €1.8 billion from tourist accommodation. That’s a 6.5% jump on the previous year.
This reflect the region’s transition from a 14-week rental season to a year-round destination. There’s basically no off-season here anymore.
The Algarve recorded its lowest-ever reliance on the summer peak in 2025, with just over 40% of overnight stays falling in the traditional high season.
This is a now place where people come year-round, to vacation and to stay long term.
With this soaring demand, your condo in the prestigious Porto de Mos neighborhood will be in huge demand among short- and long-term renters.

The luxury brands are arriving in Lagos
Lagos has long been popular. Demand is deep, international, and accelerating. What’s changing fast is supply and global recognition.
The town is now firmly taking its place on a shortlist of top-tier luxury coastal destinations in Europe.
The marina is expanding to take more and bigger yachts while the last meaningful parcels of prime land around the marina and Meia beach are being spoken for.
Two Hilton-branded hotels are under construction right on the Lagos marina—the five-star Curio Collection and the four-star Hilton Garden Inn—representing a combined investment of over €107 million. Both are expected to open in 2026.
A third Hilton brand, Conrad, follows in spring 2027 with a beachfront resort above Meia Praia. And in 2028, JW Marriott opens its first-ever hotel in Portugal, set within the Palmares resort just along the coast.
This is an incredible level of investment. And it demonstrates international recognition of Lagos’ status as top-tier coastal destination.
