The construction process is underway at Azul Paraíso, with the team actively clearing and preparing the site for tower construction.

My name is Carlos “Charlie” Ramírez Sandí, and I work for Garnier & Garnier, the developer of Azul Paraíso.
I want to start by acknowledging that we’re behind our original timeline and sincerely apologize for these delays. However, I’m pleased to report that Azul Paraíso is now making progress.
After establishing our full construction operations on-site, earthmoving activities are proceeding steadily and we’re hitting our revised milestones.
The first deliveries are expected to begin in August 2026.

Earthworks completion – All site preparation work will be finalized, with grading, drainage, and utilities fully complete and ready for vertical construction.
