Why Beachwalk?

Imagine owning a luxury ocean-view condo steps from a tropical beach close to one of the world’s great international cities
Beachwalk at Caracol is a beachfront community positioned directly on a wide, soft-sand Pacific Ocean beach. The community features unobstructed ocean views from all residences, with no roads or buildings between it and the water.
Each condo includes a private terrace overlooking the Pacific, where views shift from sapphire to steel blue throughout the day. Shaded by coconut palms and tropical vegetation, there’s direct beach access through communal areas that include a swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
This beachfront paradise sits in an ideal strategic position, on the nicest beach close to Panama City.
Panama City is one of the wealthiest cities in the Americas, sporting the world’s 25th biggest skyline, beating out LA, Miami, and Beijing to name just a few. In fact this is the biggest skyline in Latin America, and 45 of its 50 tallest towers were built after 2000, speaking to the phenomenal rate of growth and development of this small global safe haven in the last two decades.
The country’s remarkable transformation underpins this opportunity.
Panama acts as a regional beacon. Whenever there is a ripple somewhere in Latin America, like recent elections in Brazil and Colombia, it pushes people, and money, to Panama. They invest, buy properties, and open dollar-based bank accounts. Like Singapore, Panama evolved a foreigner- and business-friendly law and tax system. And has cemented itself as a key player in global trade, banking, shipping, and big business.
Playa Caracol is positioning itself to be the premier option on Panama’s Pacific Riviera, a stretch of coast that runs west of Panama City from Chame to Farallon—about 50 miles or so of Pacific beaches.
The Pacific Riviera is where wealthy Panamanians like to own second homes, and where you’ll find the most popular beaches in Panama.
The Amenities

Your amenities are on a mile of stunning Pacific beach close to Panama City.
From Beachwalk you’ll have access to amenities so close to the beach that they’re in the sand…and the day’s soundtrack is waves breaking on the shore. In addition to the huge lagoon pool and beach cabanas of Beachwalk, you’re getting unrivalled access to everything the Radisson Hotel (formerly Surfside) offers…
The luxury hotel next door elevates the amenities to world-class standards.
The Radisson is a full frontal beach experience. Delivered in 2024, it’s the hotel right next to Beachwalk and it will offer you world-class beachfront luxury in your “front yard.”
Amenities in The Radisson include a luxury spa, state-of-the-art gym, superb pool and beach club…a gourmet restaurant (and another planned)…all right on the beach…all at your disposal as an owner in Beachwalk for just $5 a month. Plus, you’ll have discounted rates on treatments in the spa and dining in the restaurants.
The tour and activity options extend the amenities beyond the immediate property.
The tour operator is a big deal, arranging everything from paddle-boarding and scuba diving to hiking Cerro Chame mountain and chilling at a waterfall. You can go fishing or island hopping. And of course, surfing, there’s an academy on hand.
Getting To Beachwalk

Panama City is a major international hub of trade, travel and finance.
Tocumen International Airport, which serves Panama City, opened a new terminal at the cost of $917 million in 2019. The airport maintains direct connections to 82 destinations, operated by 18 airlines, and that’s set to increase. In 2023 the airport received 18 million passengers. And this new terminal will heavily increase the operational capacity of Panama’s central hub.
The connectivity to your beachfront destination continues to improve.
Today it’s extremely easy to get to Caracol, which connects your Beachwalk condo with a pool of potential renters—families, professionals, weekend vacationers, tourists, and, of course, the work-from-anywhere folks. A fourth bridge will be built across the Panama Canal, improving access from the city to the coast. And plans call for the city’s metro system to run out to the western suburbs, close to this area.
Things To Do

For a break from the beach, you (or your renters) can enjoy hiking trails and swim beneath tropical waterfalls.
Cerro Chame is the 1,837-foot mountain that forms the backdrop to Playa Caracol where you own in Beachwalk. It’s increasingly popular with day-trippers from the city who come to picnic at waterfalls and hike up for the views.
From the top you look along Panama’s Pacific Riviera to this coast’s longest-established community, Coronado, 40 minutes farther west.
The activities extend from mountain adventures to ocean exploration.
You can take a short boat ride to an uninhabited island with secluded beaches and hiking trails. Snorkeling reveals a stunning underwater world before they break for a beach picnic. Out in the ocean you make out the islands you visited last weekend to watch whales pass by. The majestic Campana Mountains are in the distance.
For urban entertainment, the vibrant capital awaits nearby.
It’s so easy to head into Panama City, for a delicious lunch, then some retail therapy in the modern malls. After you could go to a movie theater for the latest blockbuster (in English), before meeting friends for an Argentine steak dinner and rooftop cocktails in the stylish and romantic surrounds of Casco Viej
