With Azul Paraíso, you’ll own in an exclusive boutique community with spectacular ocean views. Your amenities include an infinity pool, and an expansive terrace with sweeping ocean views. There’s a yoga deck, grilling areas, and fire pits.
And the location is incredible.
Five minutes down the road you’ll find your future private beach club on Playa Ocotal, a beautiful curve of volcanic sand flanked by rocky bluffs. This is one of the region’s best snorkeling spots, ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming.
Ten minutes away is the charming beach town of Playas del Coco. The malecón that runs along the waterfront here is lined with open-air restaurants as well as boutique shops, artisan craft stores, medical clinics and banks. The supermarkets are stocked with imported goods from back home as well as gourmet produce.
Golf lovers get to choose between the Arnold Palmer Signature Ocean Course on the Papagayo Peninsula, the Robert Trent Jones Jr. course at Reserva Conchal, Hacienda Pinilla, and the Papagayo Country Club.
There are eco-adventures like birdwatching, horseback riding, and hiking the volcanoes in Rincon de la Vieja National Park.
At Azul Paraíso you and your guests will never be short of things to do and see.
And your condo is being delivered at an exciting time.
Tourism in Guanacaste is breaking records, new infrastructure is improving the region’s roads and luxury brands continue to make this one of the most desirable markets in the Americas right now.
Tourism on a Tear in Guanacaste

Tourism numbers in Costa Rica are way up in 2026, driven by a 13.3% rise in visitors to Guanacaste.
Costa Rica is a tourism powerhouse and it’s not slowing down. From January through July of this year, just over two million international tourists visited. That’s 6.4% higher than during the same period last year.
Guanacaste is leading the way.
From January to July, the international airport in Guanacaste saw growth of 13.3% from the same period last year.
What’s really exciting about these numbers is the new markets discovering Costa Rica.
Canadian arrivals into Costa Rica jumped a massive 24.4%. Arrivals from Europe climbed 8.4%.
Great news for Azul Paraíso owners who bought ahead of this trend.
Infrastructure Investment
Guanacaste is about to get faster, easier access, via Liberia International Airport. The $7.1 million Tempisque River bridge upgrade will improve the road connection between Liberia Airport and the Gold Coast—including Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Work is underway and it remains on track for completion in 2027.
The rest of that same road is getting attention too. Route 21—the main artery connecting Liberia Airport to Papagayo, Tamarindo and Playas del Coco—is entering its bidding phase for a widening project aimed at easing peak-season congestion.
Together, they will mean a quicker, smoother drive from the airport to your door.
Liberia Airport is undergoing an upgrade. A new VIP lounge has already opened to the public, and plans call for additional parking and an expanded boarding gate area. That construction is slated to begin in Q3 2026 and finish in the first half of 2027.
Luxury Brands Keep Arriving in Guanacaste

Easy flights to the U.S. and an idyllic lifestyle have made Guanacaste a top draw for tourists and especially the mobile affluent.
Guanacaste has it all—stunning beaches, verdant jungles, cloud forests, and rushing rivers. Exactly the kind of setting today’s mobile affluent buyers are looking for.
Luxury brands know this, and they have been betting big on Guanacaste for some time.
Over recent years both the Nekajui Ritz-Carlton Reserve and the Waldorf Astoria have planted flags in the region. They’re about to be joined by the JW Marriott, which is due to open this September.
It will be the brand’s first-ever all-inclusive resort anywhere.
This is great news for Azul Paraíso owners. Luxury resorts will do your marketing for you, introducing a new wave of mobile affluent visitors to Guanacaste.
These are the same people who will want to rent your condo when they return, looking for a great location and resort-style amenities at a more appealing price point.
