Price Boost for Seascape in Ocean Reef
Ocean Reef is the most prestigious address in Panama. Everything has been done with luxury in mind.
In June 2019, we gave RETA members an exclusive opportunity to buy a condo in Seascape, part of Ocean Reef, an ultra-luxury island community.
The price for RETA members was just $783,000 for a two-bed condo. Today the same condos are listed for $995,000. That’s an uplift in the value to the tune of $212,000.

Construction has now finished on Ocean Reef and owners are in the process of receiving their condos.
In the condo building the games room has been equipped with everything you could need. There’s a brand-new pool table to enjoy, a beautifully crafted chess board as well as numerous other board games.
The shared facilities such as basketball court and padel court are also finished and waiting to be used.

It’s always BBQ weather in Panama and the outdoor grill area at Seascape is the perfect place to cook up a storm.
All our Ocean Reef residents have access to a private concierge service, a full-service spa, gym, a pool, volleyball and tennis courts.
The marina is spectacular, and the 170 berths are already filling up with yachts and motorboats. It’s the only marina in Panama that can take yachts up to 200 feet long.
