Good news from Oasis. Structural work is now complete on the first floor across all the buildings. Work on the second floors is more than 50% complete throughout the community, and masonry work is underway as well.
The first deliveries remain on schedule for Q3 2027.

Your beach home in Playa Caracol
Your home at Oasis sits in verdant surroundings, built around a beautiful central pool.
It is a short walk to the sand—and just as short a walk to everything else Playa Caracol offers. The Radisson Riviera hotel with its gym and spa. The Vento Beach Club. The Caracol market for your groceries.
Mornings can start with a surf session or a yoga class by the sea. Afternoons can be spent paddleboarding, cycling fat-tire bikes on the sand, or doing nothing at all.

Playa Caracol keeps growing
A lot is happening in the community right now.
Caracol Village is taking shape, with a tiki bar, a surf simulator, a surf shop, a water park, a bowling alley and a coffee spot. The beach club is expanding. A food truck village is coming.
The developer has started clearing land for a new mini city center, which will include a church, a co-working space, a café, and a homeschool co-op.

The bigger picture in Panama
Things are moving quickly in the country too.
- By 2028, you will have a brand-new highway all the way from Panama City to the Playa Caracol exit. The $228.45 million expansion will widen the Pan-American from four to six lanes and make getting to your condo even quicker and easier.
- Panama welcomed nearly 1.1 million international visitors in the first four months of this year alone. That is up 19.1% on the same period in 2025. The Tourism Authority now expects Panama to close 2026 with around 3.2 million visitors, which would break last year’s record of 3 million.
- Metro Line 3 is 87% complete on the tunnel section beneath the Panama Canal and remains on track to open in 2028.
- And the economy is growing faster than expected. GDP grew 4.8% in the first quarter—well ahead of the IMF’s 3.8% forecast for the full year.
You got in early at Playa Caracol, on the nicest beach close to Panama City. The community is growing around you, and the road is coming.
